Career coaching is a two-way street. This guarantee only applies if client has undertaken a reasonable level of effort in conducting their job search*, including but not limited to, attended all recommended sessions with coach, completed all assignments, shown improvement, and facilitated outside networking. This level of effort is up to the discretion of the coach.
